Spectacular console table in two-tone ivory lacquered wood designed by movie star Alain Delon* for Maison Jansen. Glamourous design and balanced proportions with the raised and brass-edged display top supplemented by the elegant scalloped fluted corners in the darker shade and highlighted by brass inlays. These consoles are featured in the TV series "Madam Secretary" (Season 3 Episode 5). Rare find in this condition!

*) French actor Alain Delon turned his talents to design later in his career. He produced a number of items for Maison Jansen in the 70s.
