Rare 3-door sideboard from the "Saratoga" collection designed by husband and wife team Massimo & Lella Vignelli for Poltronova in the 1960s; a collection of sofas and living room pieces of exceptional quality and proportion (lacquered wood, glass shelves).

The Vignelli's were known for their reduced designs as this piece is also completely free from decorative details. All attention focuses on the essential form and quality of materials used. The “Saratoga” is one of the first examples of modular and modern living in the twentieth century. This specific sideboard is geometric, with minimalistic shapes. The "nude" colour is assumed to be bespoke.
